Be able to edit the Promo Code field within the Kitchn.io Board.
- Remove the option per default for all ads.
- Add the option for new Ads and supply coupon codes alongside the rest of the creative information.

I saw this feature in another ad launcher tool, it looks like it's a field that is easy to use (and could be hidden if you're not using codes)
